I’m finally starting up a blog…
Now, it’s not my first (sorry blogger, don’t feel all “honored” and stuff)… but hopefully THIS TIME I’ll actually stick with it. This blog will be dedicated to me and my journey to becoming fit and healthy.
The name of the blog? FAT AS-IS. say it out loud… …. … did you..? WELL YOU JUST CUSSED. such a dirty mouth.
Anyways… today, I started my 3rd week of Insanity and my first day of the Shakeology Cleanse
Insanity: it’s going well, I improved on everything during the Fit test except for the “power jacks”… but I’ve GAINED WEIGHT. Shaun T this better be muscle. I definitely haven’t been eating well, but it hasn’t been any worse than in the past… and I don’t usually gain weight. I should have taken measurements… but I didn’t. Maybe I’ll do that tonight. But I’m still frustrated…So to keep my morale up… I’m starting the…
Shakeology Cleanse: Mind you, this week is probably not the best week to do this (last week of classes before exams, and 3 huge assignments due… 20 page paper, a 15 page exam, and a presentation… all of which are not gone… plus tons of blog entries for my class…) WOE IS ME. But, I need to stay on track and the Shakeology Cleanse is the way to do it.
WHAT THE HECK IS IT?:
BREAKFAST:
Shakeology – 1 scoop, blended with ice & 8-10 oz of water
Optional: Add ½ cup of fruit (Only for those who are already fit)
SNACK:
1 piece of fruit
LUNCH:
Shakeology – 1 scoop, blended with ice & 8-10 oz of water
1 cup of green tea
SNACK:
Shakeology – 1 scoop, blended with ice & 8-10 oz of water
(This snack can be before or after dinner)
DINNER:
Salad
- Lettuce/veggies
- 4 oz lean protein (WHITE fish or poultry)
- Light Dressing
…there are plenty of different versions of this… but this is what I’m following. Technically you aren’t supposed to have anything but water to drink… I will be drinking my best friend, Diet Dr. Pepper. Sorry, I just need the caffeine this week…so shoot me.
So, what will I be blogging about? Well honestly, this isn’t meant to be interesting to anyone so if you’re yawning, that’s your fault for still reading this. I just want ONE place that I can document my journey, and keep myself motivated. YEAH, I GOT THIS.
Today’s weight: I’ll admit it… I’m not one of those girls that wants to hide it… it was a whopping 137. WHAT? For a girl that’s 5’3″ that’s not looking promising. Granted I weighed myself after 2 water bottles but STILL. not cool. This is the highest my weight as ever been. Only way I can do is down. THAT’S THE ONLY CHOICE I HAVE
